1/ Burnbrae Distillery Company Limited is a Scottish Limited Company (SC 504514) and references to BDCL (or we, us and our) in this Policy are references to Burnbrae Distillery Company Limited and its associated companies whether referenced on the BDCL Website or not. BDCL is registered with the Information Commissioner under the ICO Registration Number ZA398172 .
2/ BDCL is committed to safeguarding the privacy of visitors to its Website, of individuals with whom BDCL does business and any other individual whose information is collected or acquired by BDCL.
